Victor is a graduate of Humboldt State University and University of California at Santa Barbara.

He has owned and managed many small to medium sized companies over the past 40+ years such as:

  • Owner of a Commercial Yacht Charter Company
  • Co-owner of a Commercial Marine Salvage Company
  • Owner of a Marine Electronics and Yacht Design Company
  • Director of a non-profit Marine Foundation
  • President of an Oil and Gas Leasing and Exploration Company
  • Owner of Jade Market Wholesale, an Asian Import/Export Business
  • Software Development
  • Real Estate Investments

Victor currently owns and manages businesses both in Florida and Hong Kong, and resides in both countries.

He brings his energy and extensive list of experience into the management team of iTrust as its Chief Operations Officer as well as the Managing Partner of the company.
